Thanks everyone. I've felt really crap this week, have slept away much of it and tinnitus is getting louder again with a couple of those flashes.

I've had to take all the batteries out of the clocks because the tick tock drives me insane. It's like the tick and the tock match the pulsating in my head.

I keep getting confused with the meaning of statements like:

What's not to like?

I cannot / I can't not

I don't doubt

A couple of days ago I kept trying to find the past tense for 'steal'.... I was trying to say it to somebody and came out with 'stealed' 'stealt' 'stealded' before somebody corrected me, which was embarrassing.

I keep having to look things up in the dictionary for their meanings now because I can't remember how to use that word. I must have overdone it at some point last week. All I want to do now is sleep.
