SSRI's SNRI's and other such meds may take a few weeks to take effect but Lunesta is quick acting.

Just to give you some encouragement. I've had multiple brain trauma from cons , and menegitis , overdoses even. I hear you tho as the sleep thing goes. I have found a certain body position does allow me to sleep. [mines left side only.
