Is it possible for PCS symptoms to be brought on years after multiple concussions?

I haven't had a concussion that I know of in years, yet (with everything I have been reading) I seem to be having multiple symptoms that are associated with PCS (headaches dizziness, fatigue, irritable) showing themselves since I have been blessed with my children. It scares me that they might learn some really bad habits from my problem.

I really don't want to be on drugs and I have read that accupuncture could help some of these symptoms.

Yes, it is very common for Post Concussion Symptoms to manifest years after the last concussion. There are many different triggers that can bring symptoms on. Stress of any kind is the most common trigger. Plus, there is always the possibility of sub-concussive impacts.
