Lightbulb *Spring H2o versus Purified H2o*

I started drinking spring water about 9months ago instead of purified....I did'nt have a diagnosis I had a TBI @ this time.....I just always was a water drinker....I was constantly sick I remember and purified water started making me more nausea....Has anyone else noticed this? **Do you think it was because purified water doesn't have needed minerals and can make you more thirsty?

I'm still putting this puzzle of last year together because it was so foggy but a lot of different things that happened that I had no idea why....I guess I was either so messed up that I thought it was everything but my brain....but I did things like B12, meletonion, ice pack etc without knowing....was I in denial because no MD's were telling me?
