For recovery, I've cut out all workouts and try to rest between work and driving to see my girlfriend. Most days my headaches aren't bad enough to keep m rom work. I know I need more time in my dark, quiet bedroom but I have to pay the bills somehow.

I also have seemed to develop a stutter once in a while and cant say the name of the town I've grown up in for 24 years when I answer the phone at work.
