Has anyone experienced wave like symptons through their body starting at the head and moving down to your feet? This seems to happen when I either experience stress or putmy body uneer too much physical stress. I was told today that this is tension and how it is expressed with PCS.

What you were told sounds appropriate. One of the symptoms of PCS is muscle tension/spasming. One may also experience postural rigidity where the postural muscles, back, shoulders, legs etc. go through a spasm or momentary stiffness. I tend to do this rigidity tensing with my shoulders and especially my latissimus dorsi (Lats), the muscles under the arm pits. I also do it with my abdominal muscles, sometimes in conjunction with holding my breath.
There are various ways different people experience these stress behaviors. Learning to recognize the situation and relax to relieve it will help. I would not worry about it. Worry/anxiety is the likely cause so additional worry/anxiety will only make it worse. My best to you.

Now it has been explained to me and I apply it to situations it does appear to be a physical symptom of stress caused by PCS. When someone was late meeting me I got the waves through me head and body and when my young children were shouting and arguing with each other I got the waves. Looking forward to more activity, rest, massage, and reflexology this week, and hopefully more sleep.
