Default I think I am getting better.

With the help of lots of rest, medication and gradually increasing activity I think I am finally getting better. All the main PCS symptoms have gone and I just have a mild headache at the end of the day which now goes with additional medication. I no longer have noise and light sensitivity, even in fairly crowded rooms. My sense of smell has also been reduced, but little can be done about that. I am not upto strenuous exercise but can walk and swim fair distances without provoking symptoms. My next aim will be to gradually try out gym activity. It isn't over yet, but it is hopefully nearly over! Thanks for all your advice about PCS and I hope you all continue to recover.
