Default CoQ10 suppliment

Hello! I am new here, but recovering from post concussion syndrome -- was in a car accident Feb 23, and got a mild concussion which got better then it all came back. Anyhow, I have been reading up on vitamins and supplements here and other places too. I started taking this Q10 -- which is usually for people with heart issues and other things, but I was wondering if anyone else has used it. It is supposed to help with energy. I feel cautiously optimistic and better today, but, I've felt better only to really not feel it at all the next day.
