Default Hockey concussion pcs- month 5

I received my 5th concussion after taking a shoulder to the head playing hockey in a no contact league. I have had all of the classic symptoms. The symptoms were starting to ease up a bit by February, but unfortunately I seem to have reinjured myself. I am back to square one with the symptoms from doing nothing more than shaking my head while dancing a little bit erratically to try and make my one year old laugh. I didn't actually hit my head a second time but the symptoms are persisting since February. MRI was normal. The neurologist has me on nortyptoline.
Very frustrating.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated?
