"More is better" is a lifetime habit - the more exercise the fitter you get.
I too applied that logic after all it served me well in the past.

And herein lies the wisdom of the neuro physio I now have advising me 'Less is better/more and do it slowly.'

Then he reinforces 'Quality not quantity.'

Have found out I can't fault his logic for am getting results.

Excellent advice Mark of Idaho - now if only our therapists could take it on board.

I apologize for asking a similar question over and over but what should I do if my eyes have been stinging/strained for the past few days, pretty sure because I overworked them. Should I give them a few days to rest then cut my exercises by 50% or just cut my exercises by 50%?
