Default spine and head feel irritated, swolle?

I wish I could explain it better, but that is what it feels like. irritated, swollen, sore. I a taking vitamin regimen hoping it will help a little. I am afraid that my nerves have healed wrongly, and this is a permanent state. I don't like to go there because I don't know how to live with that. I am still waking up with nightmares and my body/head spasming and shaking and tremoring.

I read somewhere that that could be permanent degenerative damage to the brain stem and now I am getting anxiety attacks, bad ones. I hope this doctor can help me even a little. also have appointment with psychiatrist. thanks for reading this guys and gals! and please God help all of us to improve
