Default Do you think that as long as I stay stressed free, eat healthy( vitamins too)

get a bit of exercise, no overestimation,plenty of peace and quiet rest that I'll stop getting headaches and all together be done with my PCS?

I havn't been drinking, on the computer, watching Tv or on my iphone.

Stress free I mean
