I've noticed that I have these uncontrollable tics, like very fast muscle twitches all throughout the day. It isn't isolated to any particular part of my body. I just randomly have a spasm. Is this a common thing?
It is particularly troubling at night when I am just about to fall asleep. It seems to almost snap me out of sleeping. Definitely notice it more on a "bad day" than on a good one which is why I'm asking on this board. Any feedback is welcome, thanks everyone. |
