Default PCS Vision Problems

Hello-

About two and a half months ago, I hit the back of my head after fainting. After that I suffered some cognitive problems (minor), minor headaches, and vision problems. Since then, my symptoms have dissipated with the exception of my vision issues.

My eyes feel slow and easily get overstimulated. I find myself staring frequently. My neurologist says to rest and the issues should resolve in the next few weeks, but it seems to be improving very slowly. It is difficult to go outside or into a restaurant or grocery story. I have been exercising, which seems to help. Has anyone else had problems with this?
