Why do you "have to" go back to the gym this week? If your symptoms are that bad, working out is a bad idea...trust me. I had my concussion around the same time that you had yours, and my symptoms aren't as bad as yours, and I can't work out like I want to yet either. It sucks, but pushing through and forcing your body to suffer through it can make things much worse.
Can you go to another doctor? It sounds like maybe it's time for a second opinion and possibly further testing. I hope you get some relief soon!

AshCoco99,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. I am sorry to hear you are struggling so. Your nausea and vomiting is troubling. You need to find a doctor who can help you better. Maybe a Physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation). They have training and skills other doctors do not have. You should not be engaging in any gym activities until your symptoms have resolved. By your screen name, I assume you are 14 years old. This is a tough time for a concussion because hormones are raging. This can make symptoms more intense and confusing. A neuro-opthamologist would be worth seeing. You should also be taking it very slow and easy at school. Read the Vitamins and Supplements sticky at the top. It has good information and some good links. Please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. My best to you.
