Default Anxiety really high during morning

It's really high during morning but lessens during evening and night.

Anyone really have the same problem?

PCS following head injury August 2013. Experienced anxiety, weight loss, insomnia, sensory overload.



Update as of Nov. 2015: 99% healed.

vitamins and minerals that helped me: b-12, vitamin d, and zinc + copper.
