Default Anxiety really high during morning

It's really high during morning but lessens during evening and night.

Anyone really have the same problem?

Confused

Yes. I had severe anxiety problems. I have been put on another anti depressant which I take at night which has helped me no end. I am ten and a half months since my accident now, and have been on these new drugs for about three weeks

Before this, even if I was going to see someone I knew very well, or going to an area I knew well, I would be so anxious until after I had met that person, or got to the place.

I can't believe that I have passed a week by without being anxious

Arty,

I am concerned about your sleep. If I was having the morning symptoms you have, I'd buy a recording Pulse Ox system for use during sleep. I'd bet you are not breathing right during sleep. Your awake breathing issues are troubling enough.

My best to you.

Some of my symptoms I wake up are fast heartbeats, out of breath, etc.

BTW - i never had this pre-concussion / panic attack aftermath.

I don't think I can afford pulse Ox system as I am uninsured.

Walmart sells a Pulse Oximeter that will record for 24 hours and transfer the data to your computer for $70.

Without insurance, you need to be your own medical investigator.
