Goes into a lot of detail on the physiology behind the injury, and how neck injuries can masquerade as "post concussion syndrome". |

Also, to bump an old thread, which gave me hope recently. This is about the Buffalo clinic. One poster says that the doctor there said that 90% of the patients he sees have neck injuries, not post concussion syndrome. Two posters in this thread indicate that with exercise, their symptoms improved in a matter of weeks.
