Hi again,
What do you guys think about playing video games for recovery? I know it is recommended to not read/play games, think too hard, do math etc after a concussion because it triggers and headaches and slows recovery. However, when I asked my neurologist, he says that stimulation is good for recovery when you can handle it. 4 months in, I can play video games without headaches coming on; however, my thinking is still noticeably impaired. I now know what it feels like to be a stupid person. So, what do you guys think about this theory?
