Macdebbie,

I was in no way taking away from your endeavors, sorry to come across as such.

I have run in with the Dept. of Labor in Maryland in the past with my problem, and any endeavor by the employer is considered 'accomodation' in the minds of those 'mindless' bureaucrats - all work related issues bounce in favor of the employer, thanks to many Federal rules and regulations to discourage malingerers.........

Sorry about the issue about the driver and the owner of the car, also, was just thinking about the cause of your victimization......... and any possible recompense due you......

You might also have your lawyer look into the fact that you were a 'victim of a crime' - being struck by a drunk driver, is some fashion of a crime, vehicular assault or something; leaving you with life changing injury...... a stretch but lawyers do deal with many aspects of law cases do they not?

Just thoughts..... sorry my brain gets ahead of itself at times.....

Current: Changes of more insomnia, new reviews with findings of more Depression, tremors, vertigo, tinnitus, loss of focus, fatigue; SSDI - accepted on Depression, Cognitive Deficits; Seizures ruled out, mTBI changes including cognitive slowing/lapses.
Medication update: Topamax 200mg twice daily it seems to minimize daily headaches to a 1-2/10 quality(I still know they are there); and acute headaches erupt without warnings.
