Default Post concussion for 3 years!!! Please help somebody!

Hello guys im new to this forum. My story basically is i got in a bike accident and hit my head ankle and knee. I went through surgery for my knee and got 2 stitches on my head.

I was perfectly fine in the hospital for 2 weeks least caring about my head injury but when I came out I had exams going on and my dad got attacked by Robbers and my friend tried to commit suicide. So all this brought a major panic attack to me which I usually never get and I was having sleepless nights and depression and suicidal thoughts .

I felt very psychotic and couldn't feel this was me as I was a very confident person and never felt ever like this. So the docs told me this is acute depression with pseudo dementia features as my memory was very bad compared to before. So I went through alot alot of antidepressant which didn't help much.then I came to usa to seek help and the docs day its pcs.

I currently feel less psychotic and am on nortriptyline 40mg and Risperidone 2mg but I still feel depressed and alot of anxiety. I feel very de-personalized and don't feel I'm the same anymore. Memory is bad and before I had a photographic memory I have headaches feel restless anxious all day and just don't feel myself anymore.

Can someone please help and tell me what's going on because it's already 3 years in suffering this and I'm scared of this remains permanent because some say the symptoms can be permanent. Please help!!!
