Welcome to NeuroTalk. You are experiencing common Post Concussion symptoms. You don't say what your current symptoms are besides the depression and anxiety. Nor do you say what treatments or therapies you have had. Did you lose consciousness ? What anti-depressants have you tried and for how long ? I suggest you start by reading the sticky at the top about Vitamins and Supplements. Good brain nutrition will be helpful. What is an average day like for you ? What do you do during the day ?
