Many PCS symptoms can be prolonged or permanent. There is no rhyme or reason to how long they last. Most of us with prolonged symptoms have been able to minimize them with work-arounds and other accommodations.

Often, it helps to accept one's current condition and symptoms and try to move on despite them. This lowers the frustration levels reducing stress allowing better progress.

What symptoms are causing you the most struggle ?

What are you doing to minimize your symptoms ?
