I suggest you find something to occupy your mind with. You are grossly over-analyzing this minor event. You do not need another CT Scan. Each CT Scan is like 200 to 1000 single x-rays. If you can play on your phone, you have very minor symptoms.

There are many much newer and better anti-anxiety meds than Prozac. You could ask about trying something else.

I think you would do well to seek some therapy for your hypochondria and anxiety. You could benefit from CBT or other similar skills sets.

Mark I really appreciate all the time you put in to answer peoples questions and help out with everyones ailments and problems. Thanks for your insight and help. Is there something you would suggest that is a healthier option than Prozac. I know this wouldn't be the forum to ask that. Also are my chances greater to get a concussion now? What can I do to prevent getting more concussions.

The only thing you can do to prevent concussions is to reduce your risk of head impacts. Your brain will be more sensitive to impacts after the concussions you have already suffered.

An alternative to Prozac that might work is L-Tryptophan. You could take 200 mgs in the am, mid-day and before bed. It is a substance your body understands. I weaned off Paxil after 14 years and replaced it with L-Tryptophan last spring. Just took my before bed dose. Amazon has the best price. I use Source Naturals from Amazon. You could also add L-Theanine. It helps GABA stay balanced. I was doing great with the L-Tryptophan until I was subjected to some intensely stressful and traumatic situations last August.

You asked about chiropractic and massage. What symptoms were you hoping they would help ?

Anxiety very much limits healing, I was recommended medication I did not take.

I improved my anxiety through cognitive behavior therapy, which consisted of deep breathing and other exercises.
