Default problems after head concussion and alcohol

Hello everyone ..
im in a bad bad situation so thats why im trying to whrite in here .
im from denmark and hope some people can help me with some unanswered question
my story starts with a violent attack where i had a concussion ,3 weeks after i played a soccer match and was out drinking beers .I tryed to get back to normal life but i was drinking alkohol sometimes with my freinds in the weekends which is not a good mix .i stopped drinking achohol but maybe a little to late
I was resting a lot and my post commotio dessepeared but have some other problems now .I can not get my pulse rate high for long time my brain makes a overpressure in my brain when i use my bicyckle it gives a lot of problems pulse 100 for 20 minutes are way to long .i can allmost nothing when we talk exersice .I can feel somthing in my brain floating and i have ringing in my ears .
My big question is have you ever heard about someone could not exersice 2 and a half year after a head concussion because of overpressure and can feel fluid in my brain after exersice ??Im getting a CT scanning soon and hope they will find out something ..
