Default feeling better these last few days

hey everyone its more thsn a week that i have not taken gabapentin...hoenstly i thought i would not be off it at this stag. i have made some big imporvements in the last 4 or 5 week, never thought i would say it. by no means i am out of the woods, but life these days is satisfying and rewarding. It was hell, im much much better then 6 months ago. when u think things wont get better, i can say they do, things really do get better. 6 months ago i would never of thought i would be saying this, but i am. i still get symptoms forsure but it doesnt consume me nor put me down, healing takes a long, long, long, long time, but your body is aways repairing itself.

things that have helped me, zoloft, gabapentin (i know longer take) i see a chiro nuerologist, quit alcohole and coffe. i beleive the chiro and pt along with zoloft is the key.
