Before my injury I was always super busy and rarely ever left alone with my own thoughts.

The issue here is that all the things I like to do to destress aggravate my symptoms which would just get me more wound up

I've been trying to do less stimulating things like reading and listening to music

Cards never occurred to me I'll have to try them.
