Sorry, Thursday brought increasing pain to my head all day & night ( It was a good breakfast tho)

Not really big on avocado prior to PCS, but seem to crave it lately.

sounds a lot like my weekend. just spending it at home, listening to some podcasts. the internet is really amazing with all the free high quality content. hopefully the weather is nice maybe get some fresh air too!

pretty funny to think that we can communicate across continents effortlessly whereas one couldn't even dream of this 20-30 years ago.
