I'm glad your anxiety has gotten better over time!
I too have weird anxiety at night, mostly when I get adrenaline rushes as I'm trying to fall asleep, sometimes they'll even wake me up. Hopefully it's something that goes away eventually. ![]() |

My injury was to the front of my head just above the hairline. First 2 months I suffered anxiety attacks but they gradually faded, I'm 3.5 months in and I would say they've gone. Any anxiety I have now is the manageable normal type. I want to get my hormone levels tested when I eventually get to see the PCS neurologist, just to see if they are normal because I reckon they might be out of balance.

I had a contusion on the right side of my head, don't remember hitting it though but Dr said yes, I lost my memory for a while.
I get the same thing as redoslingberg, when I'm almost asleep I get this weird feeling, it is like a huge rush of adrenaline, the only thing that will stop it is to get right out of bed, happens every single night. My accident was over a year ago and I have awful anxiety, almost lost it in the store last night. |

Have you been prescribed anything for it like sertaline for example? Just wondered.
PCS anxiety is weird, it just comes from nowhere, I used to have to put my shoes on and walk to clear my head. Perhaps it was my body telling me to exercise more and get the blood flowing! Quote:
