I wear sunglasses all the time, cannot bear the light.

to being with I'd take them off in the stores and suffer, all because I was thinking people would think I'm nuts, now I hardly even notice I've got them on, always wear them in the car so walk in to a store with them on.

I know what you mean though, but the more you do it, the more it being just natural it will feel.

I often see people with sunglasses on in a store and never think anything of it, in fact even before I did it I just assumed they had eye problems/migraine but actually hardly ever noticed it.

I also gained weight after my accident as I'd always been so active and it was the weight that bothered me more than the sunglasses.
