This might not be related to PCS, but it scared the heck out of me:
My ex sent me a rude text that upset me a lot. I didn't respond. I sent the phone down and pulled the comforter around me (I was in bed). About a minute later, I began shaking very badly. I wasn't trembling or only shaking a little bit. My entire body was shaking very hard and fast. Also, my teeth began chattering rapidly. I wasn't cold, so this was very weird. My AC was on 76, and I had a thick comforter over me. I tried to text my sister but could barely type because I was shaking so badly. This went on for about 10 minutes. Has anybody else had this happen? It seems more like an anxiety issue than PCS, but I'm not really sure. My ex's text upset me, but I didn't feel like I was upset to the point where I would shake uncontrollably for 10 minutes. I'm just trying to figure out which doctor to call in the morning. My insurance doesn't cover my psychiatrist visits anymore, but I'm wondering if I need to get back on my anxiety meds.
