I am 3.5 months into the recovery with PCS. I accidently bumped into the wardrobe yesterday and my left shoulder hit it. Although I didnt hit my head, I felt the impact travelling to my head. I seemed ok though. The next morning I feel maybe my tinnitus is a bit louder. I am worrying I have a setback and my recovery is prolonged
