each time I walk up more and more on my body was on fire. And the dreams were more and more vivid and terrifying. I am thinking of going into the hospital but I don't think I can do anything

I have times when my body feels like it is on fire. The causes I found can be poor circulation and diabetes. For me, it is poor circulation because my blood sugar is good. I can usually stop it by getting up and moving around.

It's possible that over a few months that it will go away but I would suggest improving sleep hygiene eg. move all your electronics out of the room, take a 30 min break before you go to sleep.
The other route is medication, I personally tried melatonin which only worked for a couple of days but it showed me that medicine could work. I would talk to your doctor about it, there are medicines that don't knock you out that can help, it wont stop you from waking up but could decrease the amount of times and eventually help you sleep through the night. |
