I keep waking up to vivid dreams that are terrifying and a pain in the back of my head. It just ruins the rest of the day. gabapentin and cymbalta aren't working

I can't make sense of what your post says. Are you struggling with your CPAP ?

I fixed my post. The c pap machine isn't getting rid of the dreams and pain

Failing to get good air supply/breathing can cause dream irregularities. Plus, have you had your blood sugar tested lately ?
Have you looked into finding a physiatrist ?
