hi y'all,
yeah definitely not gonna let the chiro do adjustments--even with that little trigger thing they have. i had craneosacral from another chiro and seemed to help w/ jaw...not sure if it was connected to wicked headaches i would get the next day. but i'm a big stronger now so hoping working on the jaw issue, which predates the concussion, will help with face pain, maybe some of the headaches, and hopefully lead to more solid sleep. this has all been such a humbling experience--i was on top of the world a few months ago. i think it is, or could, if i let it, teaching me kindness and empathy.
