Default sardines everyday?

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone else has had luck with adding sardines in olive oil to the diet?
I am already taking a 690mg omega-3 daily supplement (330 EPA, 220 DHA, 140 "other").
I think a sardine serving has about 1000 mg omega-3, if i'm not mistaken.
1690mg-- Is this too much omega-3 for a day?
So far it has helped with low energy and dizziness.
Eggs are also helpful.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
