Default why is my head pounding, how can i stop it?

hi all,
i'm on day 5 of lexapro, starting at a tiny dose of 2.5mgs but even still have incredible fatigue. what's worse is my head is pounding like it hasn't in months today. yesterday i maybe got a tad warm on a walk, and also spent two hours working on a spreadsheet for work, but was good about resting the rest of the day.

my resting heart rate is maybe a little fast 80/min...it's possible i had too much caffeine b/c it got worse after half a cup of weak green tea...

and of course i'm trying not to worry about list of symptoms that are cause for concern w/ lexapro (plus i take 15mgs amatryptaline, which you're not supposed to mix w/ SSRI's but my psychiastrist said no problem at this tiny dosage.

April 11, 2014 Flipped in class 2 white water while kayaking, hit my forehead (was wearing a helmet). Lots of symptoms to begin with. Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements.

Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses.
