Default attention impairment
So, real quick, neuropsych basically said that my attention is that of someone worse than ADHD.

Ok, suggested meds to my neurologist. He waved the white flag today and now im search of another.

Long story short, and OTC or supplements to help this? I had previously been on stimulant meds around 5 months ago, but sadly didnt help. Willing to try anything since I think ill be waiting a little bit before seeing a dr.
