Default Got a blow after recovering from a concussion.

Hi guyz, new here,so please be kind.
i got a concussion 19 days ago.my ct scan was fine.doctor told me to continue my school but to avoid sports for next three months.i am kind of hypochondriac also.
tonight i was riding a bike and suddenly a drunk man came forward in front of me and my bike hit him.my body and head got shaked with force.till then im panicking and having headaches.
My question is that is there anything to worry?
