Default Someone with legal knowledge/experience?

I will post this same request on the Social Security Disability forum.

This inquiry is for both me and my wife who has TBI. This is not about how to apply, or anything that basic.

If you have in-depth legal knowledge and experience, please contact me.

boswell,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

Many of us have experience with Social Security Disability. If you have some specific issues, please just ask and maybe somebody has experience with that issue.

SSDI can be a nightmare for mTBI people. It took me 3 years to get approved. Others have been approved with their first application.
