I have various head aches come and go throughout the day. I don't focus on them. I just try to go on with my life. If I stopped every time I had a new pain, I'd never get out of bed.

I had this problem really bad for a while or if I take a hard step or quick movement. I've found out for me that it is a result of stress and nerve and structural issues in my upper neck!
Perhaps at first, my actual brain was sensitive, but I'm not sure. I know, now, what a stress (tension) headache is and what isn't. A lot of my headaches then were tension. I'd recommend finding how to relax yourself. I love meditation and light yoga. It takes a while to get comfortble with it, but anything to help recovery! I'd also recommend perhaps sitting on a pillow and wearing a neckbrace in the car! Praying for you! |
