Default Anything in between tylenol and oxycodone?

I get some relief from the chronic irritation feeling in head and spine from tylenol or advil, but it does not last long. Hesitant to go back on oxy. I know it is a strange question, but never hurts to ask.
Is there anything between tylenol/advil and oxycodone?
I already take large dose of gabapentin. and cymbalta.
