Thanks. I will rest for a week. I am wondering how much of Lumosity one should be doing given that we need to rest our brains for them to recover?

Why are you doing Lumosity ? As you said, the brain needs to recover. If you do Lumosity, limit it to ten minutes at a time then take an extended break.

Agreed. Cognitive workouts should be done just like physical workouts. Go until you feel yourself about to reach your limit. Do not push yourself to pain, as it will only hinder your recovery.

As I stated before, go take your neuropsych, and wait till what they have to say. Maybe they prescribe cognitive therapy. You maybe surprised at the results.
