When scrolling down the page or something is about to pop up, keep your eyes closed. It helps a lot! Car rides: Sitting on a pillow and wearing a neck brace could help. Don't wear a neck brace too much outside of the car rides though because your neck can get stiff, lose m range of motion. Sneezing: When you sneeze, to avoid such a harsh movement, try putting your head down a little bit and squat down as you sneeze. Your body works with the momentum not against it and there is little jerking motion at all. Hope these help people! I'm praying for you all. Please prayer for me and others as well! I realize that I suffer so I can help others-that's not such a bad thing. Focus on the Postives! |
