Default Focusing on the Tv?

Does anybody having trouble focusing what is on the Tv?

Like if I watch tv and they aren't moving too fast I can't like focus on there face as much as I used to. And I have to focus on one part of the tv to see something at the bottom or at the top. Also if there are like flashing lights or fast animations it's like I can't keep up..

But does anybody have this? If so will it be forever..I got new glasses prescription but haven't picked them up yet, would that have anything to do with it.

It sucks because it's hard to watch things I like, like football, sons of anarchy and stuff that moves at a fast pace. I watch stuff on my phone now because it's easier to focus

I have the exact same thing. It is your brain not being able to keep up. We will get better. Yes, it is extremely frustrating and concerning.

Default tv

At the beginning of my concussion - TV and reading were not even interesting. When the last Olympics came out - I could not watch the hockey or ice skating and could still not read. Luckily I had a great physiotherapist who recommended an optometrist that specialized in vision issues with head injuries. Even though I had seen an optometrist just after my accident - who told me everything was OK - this doctor found issues with tracking - I now go to vision therapy and am slowly getting better. Just a thought.GB

Hi Shady,
I am in Canada so I think the link that Eowyn gave you is your best bet. Hopefully it will not be as costly in the US as it is here.
Hard to explain the therapy - if you go - you must be diligent in practicing every day and the progress is slow - just as is the recovery of a concussion.
Good luck.
