Im 10 months in. My resting heart rate is still in the 90-99 range. On treadmill test it takes about 10 minutes to get to the 110-120 range where I start getting dizzy and headache symptoms get worse.
Anyone know why? Ive always been physically active, no clue why my resting heart rate is so high, and is getting symptomatic at that heart rate normal? Thanks! |
