Default 7 weeks no improvement new symptoms

My husband is 7 weeks in to his tbi, he is on 100mg trazadone for sleep (no help) and 50 mg topomax 2x a day for headaches( no relief

He still is extremely dizzy ( needs a walker) to keep stable and has blurred vision ringing in his ears. He gets extremly agitated very easily. His workers comp dr keeps saying time that it's going to take time. Trial and error on meds

My concern is he is starting to develops violent shakes in his arms without any warnings. ( violent I mean the remote could just go flying) any thoughts? I mentioned to nero and he said just all part of the pcs? Thank you for any insighg
