Default Strange head symptoms 9 months PCS

Although i'm overwhelmingly active with work and long walks I am suffering of late tremendously from head sensitivity and what i feel like is my brain moving inside of my scalp.

Also very odd is that when i eat spicy foods it's as if i can feel tingling or inflammation inside of my head. Or fluid going back and forth.

Another odd symptom is tingling in my feet.

Current symptoms yet to fade are exhaustive fatigue (always tired), insomnia and constant tinnitus 24/7 in my right ear, the side of impact.

Any thoughts or feedback greatly appreciated.
