The worry about "will I EVER" is an anxiety response. Try not to worry about what will happen for the rest of your life. Just think about today and what you can do to help yourself today. Each day will be different, and most likely over time you will have more and more better days. But try not to obsess over that... just stay focused on the here and now. Good luck!
