Hi everyone, if you had read through my previous posts , I suffered numerous head trauma and from Feb 2013, I had severe constant headache and migraines for almost 7 months which Thank God went away. I have been headache free and recovered since then. So there is hope.
However on Dec 28th, 2014, I was careless and slipped and fell on to the side of my head and for about a weak have had this low grade, tension headache that hasn't seen much improvement. I am grateful to God that the headaches aren't as severe as last time, but I can't believe I put myself in this debilatating predicament again. I am a teacher and have returend to work for two days but have taken leave for the next week am trying to sleep as much as I can, take the vitamins necessary and limiting computer screen time to an hour a day. Any advice would be appreciated on my second time around ![]() Thank you. |

Hello bluehiroko,
I'm sorry you've found yourself in this situation again. I suggest you do what you're planning and that is to rest. It was a good idea to take that week off. Hopefully you'll be feeling stronger as the days go by and your headache will subside. |
